Honors Sergeant Dennis Charles Hurley (September 11, 1946 – August 3, 2024), who served in the 82nd Airborne Division with two tours in Vietnam and received multiple awards including the Combat Infantryman Badge and Army Commendation Medal

Recognizes Hurley's civilian career as a coal mining electrician for 30 years and his veteran service organization involvement, including 30 years with the Disabled American Veterans and membership in VFW, American Legion, and Vietnam Veterans of America

Directs the Division of Highways to install signs identifying the memorial bridge
