Honors U.S. Army Private Eugene Becker (1913-1944), who was killed in action near Florence, Italy, on September 15, 1944, during the Italian Campaign of World War II

Honors U.S. Army Private First Class Kermit Becker (1918-1943), Eugene's brother, who died from wounds sustained in an attack while serving in Algeria on September 4, 1943

Both brothers were born in Maysville, West Virginia, to Arnold and Ada Taylor Becker

Directs the Division of Highways to place signs identifying the memorial bridge and requires the Senate Clerk to forward the resolution to the Commissioner of the Division of Highways
