Proposes a constitutional amendment to establish term limits for West Virginia legislators, limiting state senators to three consecutive terms (12 years) and delegates to six consecutive terms (12 years)

Requires the amendment to be submitted to voters for ratification at the 2026 general election

Terms served before the amendment's ratification would not count toward the term limits

Partial terms served after ratification would count as full terms for purposes of the limitation

Designates the proposal as "Amendment 1" titled the "State Senate and House of Delegates Term Limits Amendment"
