Proposes a constitutional amendment to limit the Secretary of State, State Auditor, State Treasurer, Attorney General, and Commissioner of Agriculture to a maximum of three consecutive terms in the same office

Term limit restrictions would take effect January 1, 2029, with terms beginning before that date not counted toward the limit

Partial terms served after January 1, 2029 would count toward the three-term limit

The proposed amendment would be submitted to West Virginia voters for ratification at the 2026 general election

Designated as "Amendment 1" and titled the "Constitutional Officer Term Limit Amendment"
