Recognizes the FFA's founding in 1928 in Kansas City, Missouri, with 33 delegates from 18 states, now grown to over 1 million members nationally

Notes West Virginia was chartered in the FFA in 1928 and currently has 91 agriculture education programs serving 6,968 members statewide

Acknowledges the organization's history including its 1988 name change to National FFA Organization to reflect growing diversity in agriculture

Directs the Senate Clerk to forward a copy of the resolution to the West Virginia Farm Bureau organization
