Designates March 13, 2025, as National K9 Veterans Day at the West Virginia Legislature, commemorating the date the War Dog Program was established in 1942

Honors military working dogs that have served since World War II, as well as K9s serving in police, fire, and search and rescue roles

Acknowledges K9 Veterans Day was initiated by Joe White, a Vietnam veteran and K9 handler

Notes military K9s are traditionally ranked higher than their handlers and perform duties including scout, sentry, messenger, patrol, drug detection, and bomb detection

Directs the Clerk to forward a copy of the resolution to the War Dog Guardians
