Designates March as Kidney Disease Awareness Month in West Virginia

Highlights that more than 37 million adults nationwide have chronic kidney disease, with most unaware of their condition, and kidney diseases are a leading cause of death in the United States

Notes that one in three U.S. adults are at risk of kidney disease, with higher risk for those with diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, family history, and for Black, Hispanic, or Latino individuals

Emphasizes that kidney diseases can be delayed or prevented through proper care, medication management, dialysis, and transplantation

Directs the Senate Clerk to forward a copy of the resolution to the National Kidney Foundation
