Designates March 27, 2025, as Local Food and Farm Day at the West Virginia Legislature to honor the state's farmers and food entrepreneurs

Recognizes West Virginia has more small farms per capita than any other state, producing diverse crops including beef, pork, poultry, fish, fruits, and vegetables

Highlights value-added food entrepreneurs who create products like jams, jellies, maple syrup, sauces, wine, beer, and cider

Notes the SNAP Stretch program, launched in late 2018, has returned $3.3 million to West Virginia farmers and rural grocers with an overall economic impact of $5 million by matching fruit and vegetable purchases for SNAP/EBT recipients

Directs the Clerk to forward a copy of the resolution to the West Virginia Food and Farm Coalition
