Emphasizes the shared responsibility of parents, educators, communities, and technology companies in creating safe online environments free from harassment

Encourages raising awareness about cyberbullying through educational campaigns, workshops, and community outreach

Directs the Clerk to forward a copy of the resolution to appropriate representatives of Cyberbullying Awareness and Prevention Day
