Identifies that streams, creeks, rivers, and low-lying areas across the state remain filled with debris, trash, and sediment that damage property, restrict travel, compromise infrastructure, and increase future flood risk

Urges federal agencies to provide resources and approval for restoration efforts including debris removal, stabilization of river and creek beds, and restoration of natural water flow patterns

Argues that federal investment in stream restoration would enhance government efficiency by reducing future spending on flood damage

Directs the Clerk to forward copies of the resolution to President Donald J. Trump and Elon Musk in his capacity as special government employee directing the Department of Governmental Efficiency
