Notes the university offers degrees at associate, baccalaureate, and master's levels and serves as a critical educational and economic resource for central West Virginia

Extends Senate appreciation to Glenville State University for its contributions to West Virginia

Directs the Clerk to forward a copy of the resolution to university president Dr. Mark A. Manchin
