Increases micro grant funding limits under the Certified Sites and Development Readiness Program based on site size: up to $100,000 for sites at least 5 acres, and up to $250,000 for sites exceeding 20 acres

Removes the previous $75,000 cap on micro grants for individual sites in the program

Allows sites eligible for the West Virginia Business Ready Sites Program (minimum 50 contiguous acres with industrial development potential) to access funds from the Certified Sites and Development Readiness Fund

Requires Department of Commerce approval for funding applications from Business Ready Sites Program participants seeking Certified Sites and Development Readiness Fund disbursements

Amends both the economic development code (Chapter 5B) and Public Service Commission code (Chapter 24) to coordinate funding eligibility between the two programs
