Requires all West Virginia public elementary and secondary schools to display the Ten Commandments in a conspicuous place in every classroom beginning with the 2026-2027 school year

Posters or framed copies must be at least 16 inches wide by 20 inches tall with text legible from anywhere in the classroom

Specifies the exact text to be displayed, using traditional King James Version language for all ten commandments

Schools must accept privately donated posters that meet size requirements and contain no additional content; public funds may also be used for purchases

Surplus posters not needed for classroom display must be offered as donations to other public schools
