Applies to multiple insurance types including West Virginia Public Employees Insurance, Medicaid, accident and sickness insurance, group insurance, hospital/medical service corporations, health care corporations, and HMOs

Defines "scalp cooling system" as any device designed for repeated use to cool the human scalp that primarily serves a medical purpose

Coverage follows Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services definitions for cancer chemotherapy treatment and may include standard deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments consistent with other benefits

Officially designated as "Jessica Huffman's Law"
