Driver's licenses issued by other states exclusively to undocumented immigrants would not be recognized as valid in West Virginia and would not authorize the holder to operate a motor vehicle in the state

Applies to licenses issued to individuals who could not prove lawful presence in the United States, including licenses with markings indicating the holder did not provide proof of lawful status

Law enforcement officers who stop a driver with such an invalid license must issue a citation for driving without a license

The West Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles would be required to maintain a public list on its website of out-of-state license classes considered invalid in the state

Amends the Code of West Virginia by adding new section §17B-1A-3 to the Driver License Compact article
