Requires all West Virginia public elementary and secondary schools to display a poster or framed copy of the Ten Commandments in a conspicuous place in every classroom beginning with the 2026-2027 school year

Posters must be at least 16 inches wide by 20 inches tall with text legible from anywhere in the classroom, and must use the specific biblical text prescribed in the bill

Schools must accept privately donated posters that meet the size and content requirements, and may use public funds to purchase compliant replacements for non-conforming displays

Surplus posters not needed for classroom display must be offered as donations to other public elementary or secondary schools

Adds new section §18-33-9 to the West Virginia Code under Article 33 (Student Religious Liberties)
