Requires all state data collection related to sex (for public health, crime statistics, economic data, or anti-discrimination compliance) to identify individuals as either male or female based on biological definitions

Provides that individuals with differences in sex development (intersex conditions) are not considered a third sex but must be accommodated consistent with state and federal law
