Exempts baby monitors for age-appropriate use or for children medically diagnosed with severe physical disabilities or behavioral, cognitive, or psychological disorders

Permits medical monitoring equipment with cameras only for children with documented medical diagnoses of severe physical disabilities or behavioral/cognitive/psychological disorders

Allows mobile phones, computers, tablets, and smart devices in these rooms but prohibits their use for monitoring without a qualifying medical diagnosis

Requires all exempted monitoring devices to be placed in conspicuous locations and prohibits hidden, concealed, or obscured placement
