Prohibits elected officials at any state or local level in West Virginia from appointing family members to any state or local government office

Defines "family member" broadly to include spouse, ex-spouse, parents, children, step-children, cousins, grandchildren, siblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews

Amends the existing West Virginia Ethics Commission code (§6B-2-5) governing ethical standards for elected and appointed officials

Officially designated as the "Say No to Good Old Boy Governance" amendment
