Requires installation of indoor air quality (IAQ) monitors in all West Virginia K-12 public school classrooms, nurse's offices, and administrative offices by July 1, 2029, using a three-phase rollout beginning July 1, 2027

Mandates monitoring of carbon dioxide (CO₂), PM2.5 particulate matter, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and relative humidity levels in school facilities

Creates a public dashboard maintained by the West Virginia Department of Education to display real-time IAQ data by school, classroom, and county

Requires annual mold inspections in all schools beginning in Phase I (July 2027)

Schools with repeated air quality exceedances must submit corrective action plans to the Department of Education and Department of Health until compliance with health standards is achieved
