Mandates county superintendents report to the state superintendent within seven business days any employee who is suspended, dismissed, transferred, or resigns during a misconduct investigation, including the reason for the investigation

Directs the state superintendent to maintain a confidential database of all individuals investigated, suspended, or dismissed for jeopardizing student welfare, accessible only to county HR directors, county superintendents, and the state superintendent

Requires school principals to report any allegations of employee conduct jeopardizing student safety to the county superintendent within 24 hours

Employees under investigation for conduct affecting student health, safety, or welfare must be suspended, placed on administrative leave, or reassigned to duties without direct student interaction
