Extends sex offender registration periods from 10 years to 15 years for standard offenses, creates a new 25-year tier for offenses involving minors (including sexual assault in the third degree, soliciting a minor, and human trafficking), and maintains lifetime registration for sexually violent predators and repeat offenders

Requires registrants to update information within 3 business days (reduced from 10 days) of any change, and mandates in-person verification at State Police detachments annually (15-year registrants), semi-annually (25-year registrants), or quarterly (lifetime registrants)

Adds DNA sample collection requirement for all registrants, including those who registered before the requirement took effect, who must provide samples within 30 days of State Police notification

Prohibits registrants from residing within 2,500 feet of any public or private school or child daycare facility, effective January 1, 2027

Requires registrants to notify State Police at least 21 business days before international travel and to provide IP addresses of computers and electronic devices during registration
