Delivering items to aid escape or forcibly rescuing an inmate from a federal facility becomes a felony punishable by 1-10 years in state prison

Transporting contraband (alcohol, drugs, weapons, poisons, escape implements) onto federal facility grounds carries penalties of $1,000-$5,000 fine and/or 2-10 years imprisonment

Unauthorized delivery of money, food, clothing, or other items to federal inmates without supervising officer permission becomes a misdemeanor with fines of $50-$500 and 3-12 months jail time

Inmates at federal facilities possessing contraband such as weapons, drugs, or telecommunications devices face felony charges with fines up to $5,000 and/or 1-5 years imprisonment
