Adds 10 new salary steps (years 36-45) to the State Minimum Salary Schedule, with annual increments of approximately $328 for 4th Class teachers up to approximately $518 for teachers with Master's degrees.

Maximum salary at 45 years of experience ranges from $54,065 (4th Class certification) to $67,557 (Master's degree holders).

Maintains existing $600 annual supplement for classroom teachers with at least 20 years of teaching experience, paid in equal monthly installments.

Updates supplement provisions to apply to 45 years of experience instead of the current 35-year cap across all certification classifications.
