Changes reporting requirements for limited liability companies, foreign limited liability companies, corporations, and limited partnerships from annual to biennial (every two years) filings with the Secretary of State

Increases the report fee from $25 annually to $35 biennially, effective July 1, 2026

Extends the correction period for deficient reports from 30 days to 60 days, and extends the delinquency notice period before dissolution or revocation from 30 days to 60 days

Maintains the exemption for veteran-owned and active-duty member-owned businesses from paying the report fee for the first four years after initial registration

Specifies that the changes do not forgive prior failures to file annual reports or pay annual fees that were previously due before the July 1, 2026 effective date
