Meeting discussions must cover response times, open cases, placement data, out-of-county/out-of-state placements, cross-agency coordination issues, and barriers to service delivery such as transportation and treatment access

Department of Human Services must provide at least annual training in each county on child abuse substantiation standards, mandatory reporting obligations, and inter-agency coordination best practices

Each county office must prepare summary reports of monthly meetings documenting attendance, key issues discussed, action items, and follow-up responsibilities
