Requires identification of the five most critical flood prevention projects within each Regional Planning and Development Council zone, including estimated costs for each project

Adds reporting requirements for the State Resiliency Officer to report on the Flood Resiliency Plan at least twice per year to the Joint Legislative Committee on Flooding

Requires the State Resiliency Officer to report at least annually to the Joint Committee on Energy and Public Works
