Mandates Medicaid coverage for both custom-fitted and off-the-shelf orthopedic braces for enrollees diagnosed with orthopedic conditions requiring bracing

Directs the Bureau for Medical Services to seek federal approval through a state plan amendment or waiver if necessary to implement the new coverage requirements
