Amends §18A-4-2 of the West Virginia Code to provide a 25% pay increase for all state teachers effective July 1, 2026

Applies the increase across all salary scales, including 4th Class through M.A. certification levels and 0-35 years of experience

Current state minimum salaries range from $39,057 (4th Class, 0 years) to $62,377 (M.A., 35 years) before the proposed increase

Maintains existing additional compensation provisions, including $600 annually for teachers with 20+ years experience and three years of salary credit for math and special education teachers
