Prohibits annual deductibles, copayments, or coinsurance for lactation consultant services under covered health plans

Applies to private insurers, Medicaid, Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and Public Employees Insurance Agency (PEIA) plans

Directs the Bureau for Medical Services to file a state plan amendment by January 1, 2027 to extend Medicaid coverage for these services
