Adds aggravated vehicular homicide, DUI causing death, DUI causing serious bodily injury, and third offense DUI to the list of qualifying offenses for enhanced repeat offender sentencing under West Virginia Code §61-11-18

Second-time offenders convicted of a qualifying offense receive an additional 5 years added to definite sentences, or double the minimum term for indeterminate sentences

Third-time offenders convicted of qualifying offenses face mandatory life imprisonment in a state correctional facility

Prior convictions from the same transaction count as a single offense, and convictions older than 20 years from release may not trigger the enhanced sentencing provisions
