Entities exercising eminent domain (private or government) must pay an additional fee equal to 15% of the court-ordered property value to the county where the property is located

The 15% fee is separate from and in addition to other condemnation costs and cannot reduce the amount paid to the landowner

Counties must use the collected fees exclusively for acquiring public forests, parks, and recreation facilities, or for improvements to existing ones
