Prohibits defendants charged with or convicted of illegal entry offenses from eligibility for community supervision, probation, parole, or deferred adjudication

Provides civil immunity and indemnification for state and local government officials, employees, and contractors who take actions to enforce the illegal entry provisions, with local government liability caps of $100,000 per person or $300,000 per occurrence

Requires state courts to issue deportation orders and prohibits courts from delaying prosecutions while federal immigration status determinations are pending
