Establishes a program allowing high school juniors and seniors to serve as election official trainees in West Virginia elections

Student trainees must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA, obtain written approval from their school principal and parent/guardian, and complete the required election official training program

Limits participation to one student trainee per political party per precinct, with students required to certify their party affiliation before appointment

Students serving as election officials on election day will not be counted as absent from school
