Creates "The Deployed Servicemembers Protection Act" to protect military personnel deployed for 30 days or longer from their home station or residence

Prohibits spouses from selling residences, vehicles, or conducting financial transactions over $10,000 during deployment and for two months after without the servicemember's written consent

Bars spouses from closing joint financial accounts or removing more than 50% of funds from joint accounts during deployment and two months after without written consent

Restricts spouses from removing joint custody children out of state for more than two weeks without written consent, and requires children to be returned within one week of the servicemember's return home

Violations constitute a misdemeanor punishable by up to 30 days in jail or a fine up to $5,000, plus civil liability
