Amends West Virginia's Second Amendment Preservation and Anti-Federal Commandeering Act to create a new misdemeanor offense for federal officials, agents, or employees who attempt to enforce decrees or writs not specifically passed by Congress or issued through due process of law

Establishes penalties of up to $500 fine, up to one year and one day in jail, or both for federal agents convicted of the offense

Prohibits state agencies, political subdivisions, and their employees from being commandeered by the federal government under presidential executive orders or congressional acts for enforcement of federal firearms laws

Authorizes the West Virginia Attorney General to enforce the new provisions against federal officials
