County boards of education must train at least one professional staff member at each school in grant writing procedures

The legislature finds that grant writing training would benefit both individual schools and county boards of education generally

Effective date is July 1, 2026

Amends West Virginia Code by adding new section §18A-3-13 under Article 3 (Training, Certification, Licensing, Professional Development)
