Increases the annual salary bonus for West Virginia classroom teachers with National Board for Professional Teaching Standards certification from $3,500 to $10,000

Removes the previous 10-year cap on bonus payments, allowing certified teachers to receive the bonus for the full life of their certification

Applies the same $10,000 annual bonus to teachers holding renewal certificates from the National Board

Maintains existing reimbursement provisions covering certification fees (half upon enrollment, half upon completion) plus up to $600 for certification expenses

Bonus payments are added to the state minimum salary schedule and distributed in equal monthly installments
