Establishes a $50,000 state minimum salary for teachers in West Virginia beginning in school year 2026-2027, replacing the previous 2024-2025 schedule.

Provides an additional $2,000 annual salary increase for all teachers across all experience levels and education classifications.

Creates a minimum salary increase of $1,200 specifically for teachers providing math instruction and special education services.

Amends Section 18A-4-2 of the West Virginia Code governing state minimum teacher salaries.
