Authorizes Workforce West Virginia to share private employer job openings directly with unemployment benefit claimants, in addition to existing state job board postings

Allows job referrals to be tailored to match claimants' prior work experience in similar industries, positions, and wage ranges

Maintains existing requirement that unemployment recipients must complete at least four work search activities weekly to remain eligible for benefits

Requires claimants who receive suitable job referrals to apply within one week and accept employment if offered

Employers must report to the commissioner when unemployment recipients refuse job offers or leave/are dismissed within six weeks of starting referred positions
