Reinstates civil causes of action for alienation of affections and criminal conversation (adultery-related torts), which were abolished in West Virginia in 1969

Allows lawsuits against any person (natural or corporate/juridical) who interferes with a marriage through these claims

Prohibits claims based on conduct occurring after a married couple has physically separated with intent to remain permanently apart

Establishes a three-year statute of limitations from the last act giving rise to the cause of action

Amends existing law to remove the prohibition on alienation of affections suits while maintaining the ban on breach of promise to marry actions
