Establishes mandatory bail conditions for defendants charged with making terroristic threats against schools, preschools, daycare centers, or similar facilities where children are present

Prohibits defendants from residing within 1,000 feet of the property line of any threatened educational facility or any similar facility where children are regularly present

Authorizes courts to impose additional protective conditions including no-contact orders with students and school employees, GPS monitoring with 1,000-foot exclusion zones, and home incarceration at compliant residences

Allows immediate arrest for any violation of bail conditions, along with bail forfeiture, bench warrant issuance, remand to custody, or modification of bail terms

Requires court clerks to provide free certified copies of bail conditions to victims, school officials, or any requesting party
