Renames the "Coal Fired Grid Stabilization and Security Act of 2023" to the "Affordable Electricity and Economic Growth Act of 2026" and expands its scope to include coke production for steel-making alongside coal electric generation

Directs the Department of Economic Development to identify economically viable sites for both coal-fired power plants and coke production facilities based on proximity to coal deposits, transportation infrastructure, and air quality compliance

Requires the Public Service Commission to adjudicate siting applications for designated coal electric generation or coke production projects within 270 calendar days of filing

Mandates preliminary report to the Joint Committee on Energy and Manufacturing by December 31, 2026, with at least one designated site each for coal electric generation and coke production by December 31, 2027

Requires designation of at least one additional site for each use every three years for 12 years after 2027, with no more than 60% of total designated sites located on the same side of I-64
