Increases minimum monthly salaries for West Virginia school service personnel by $900 per month, effective July 1, 2027, for the 2027-2028 school year and continuing thereafter.

Amends §18A-4-8a of the West Virginia Code to establish a new State Minimum Pay Scale Pay Grade Schedule with updated salary figures across all pay grades (A through H) and experience levels (0 to 40 years).

Applies to service employees working more than three and one-half hours per day at full rates; those working three and one-half hours or less receive at least half the scheduled amounts.

Replaces the previous pay scale established for the 2023-2024 school year with the new higher minimums reflecting the $900 monthly increase.
