Expands the definition of "serious medical condition" for medical cannabis eligibility from a specific list of qualifying conditions to any condition a medical doctor determines would benefit from cannabis use in their professional judgment

Eliminates the previous enumerated list of 15 qualifying conditions including cancer, HIV/AIDS, ALS, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, PTSD, Crohn's disease, sickle cell anemia, and terminal illness

Grants attending physicians full discretion to certify patients for medical cannabis based on their professional medical judgment rather than requiring diagnosis of a pre-approved condition
