Requires the West Virginia Public Employees Insurance plan to provide 100 percent coverage for voluntary male sterilization procedures (vasectomies)

Prohibits the plan from denying eligibility or renewal of coverage solely to avoid providing this required sterilization coverage

Prevents the plan from penalizing, reducing reimbursement to, or providing incentives to providers that would discourage care consistent with this coverage requirement

Applies to any policy, contract, or plan delivered after July 1, 2026

Officially designates the legislation as the "Men's Equality Act"
