Redefines "electioneering" as the visible display or audible dissemination of information advocating for or against any candidate or ballot question, replacing the previous narrower definition

Specifies prohibited electioneering items including displays of candidate names, likenesses, or logos; ballot question information; buttons, hats, shirts, signs, stickers; campaign literature; petition signature solicitation; and verbal or electronic vote solicitation

Exempts from electioneering restrictions: news media exit polling, bumper stickers/signs on vehicles of persons voting or transporting voters, and educational materials about ballot questions that don't expressly advocate for or against passage

Maintains the 100-foot electioneering prohibition zone around polling place entrances during election day and early voting periods

Authorizes precinct election officials, county clerks, deputy clerks, municipal election officials, and law enforcement to enforce election laws within the 100-foot zone and permits election officials to request law enforcement assistance
