West Virginia residents would receive a 20 percent discount on golf green fees at all state park golf courses on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, designated as "low play days"

Residents must present a valid driver's license or Real ID to receive the discount

The Director of Parks and Recreation must propose rules for legislative approval to implement the discount program

The director may exclude traditional peak occupancy periods from the discount program and place reasonable limits on golf course use under this provision

The bill would add a new section (§20-5-20) to the West Virginia Code under the Parks and Recreation article
