Requires county boards of education to annually notify parents of all instructional software used, maintain public lists on websites, and update within 10 business days when software is added or removed

Establishes enforcement through periodic audits of school districts and vendors, parent complaint process through the State Board and Attorney General, and termination-for-cause provisions allowing contracts to be cancelled without penalty for violations
