Recall petitions require signatures from 20% of voters who participated in the last election for that judicial office, collected within 160 days for statewide judges or 120 days for lower court judges

Allows recall for any reason, including misconduct, abuse of authority, bias, or loss of public confidence, with no finding of misconduct required and grounds not subject to judicial review

A majority vote in the recall election results in immediate removal from office, with the recalled judge barred from holding judicial office for six years

Prohibits recall petitions within six months of a judge taking office or within six months of term expiration, and limits recalls to one per judge per term
